Truly outstanding. Previous car totalled by hit and runner so needed a replacement in a hurry. Found the perfect Fiesta, all looked great. Phoned them in the morning, did the deal and the car arrived at my front door at 5 that afternoon for a very reasoable delivery charge in absolutely pristine condition inside and out. Great communication too, kept me updated throughout the day. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT. +++The prices are the fairest and most reasonable you’ll find anywhere, and the service I’ve received has been exceptional.There’s no pressured selling so you’re free to browse around the stock and once you find the car for you they’ll go above and beyond to help and advise.The Mini countryman I chose has a slight knock on the suspension but without quibble it was all sorted.I’ve been buying cars for more years than I care to remember and the guys at Basford motors are without doubt the most helpful I’ve encountered including main dealerships.I’d highly recommend you give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

purchased a car oct 24 paid £3995, had ongoing starting issues from purchase, struggling to start from cold,took the car back several times, I paid for a new battery, had enough has it was still struggling to start, asked the owner of basford motors to buy the car back, he has offered £2000 absolute joke!!

Amazing service from this place. We bought the car 12 months ago and has 0 issues, returned for the first MOT and service since having the car and they couldn't have been more helpful, kept me updated with any work they were doing and all sorted the same day with no hassle.
