Amazing service from this place. We bought the car 12 months ago and has 0 issues, returned for the first MOT and service since having the car and they couldn't have been more helpful, kept me updated with any work they were doing and all sorted the same day with no hassle. Very impressed and will use all of the time in future. Very highly recommended. Thank you Basford Motors.

I recommend this dealership and auto service to anyone, received loads of support and help from the member of staff. Took my car due to a few issues that would have of been an expensive repair but it got seen to straight away and the price was made affordable and now it’s as good as new. min,t garage great gys to deal with had my picanto 3myhs warenty battery prob.s two week,s later phoned up just for advice said come help you out . no prob,s sorted it bieing pld man .but how many garages would offer to come sort you out ,,a none ,,any way car mim,t guys mint you need a car go see theese guys , top guys

Just want to say how much of a pleasure it has been in dealing with Basford motors. From purchasing our car, to sorting out the paperwork, nothing was too much trouble. These guys go above and beyond to make sure that the whole experience was a good one. Will definitely be looking to them when I purchase another car…and going to look at them to purchase my son his first car too. A definite 5star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased a beautiful Ford Focus today after originally going to look at a Fiesta (also lovely car but the Focus just looked a little "meatier") The sales people were very welcoming and not pushy at all. Left us to walk around, told us to ask which we wanted to test drive and they'd pull them out of their plentiful stock. Got home to realise we did not have the wheel locking nut. I phoned and they told me to check the car which we had and if not there to go back which I will tomorrow. Back drivers side footwell seems very wet but hoping that's where it has just been valeted so will see how it is tomorrow before I go back for the locking nut. I would recommend this garage, nothing seemed too much trouble. Friendly and fuss free. Will take it there for any work and future MOTs. Thank you Basford Motors.
